If you plan on attending the Austin Game Conference (AGC) this September, today is your last chance to purchase tickets at the online rate.
The revitalized game conference, known to some as the Austin Game Developers Conference (i.e.: GDC Austin/GDC Online), is set to take place next week at the Austin Convention Center between September 21st-22nd. Gaming industry professionals from all disciplines (business development, game development, game design, production, marketing, etc.) will be in attendance, giving presentations and keynotes which will offer “critical insight into developing live, connected participatory games with real-time engagement.”
The online prices for tickets range from $149 (for student passes) to $449 (for All-Access Passes). After today, the only way to purchase a pass is on-site during the conference for $549.
Notable speakers set to speak at the AGC include: Jamil Moledina (Game Strategic Lead, Google), James Ohlen (Director of Design, BioWare), Rich Vogel (Executive Producer, BattleCry Studios) and Ken Demarest (Director of Product Development, Twitch).
Those who are a part of the professional gaming community in Austin may find this a rather interesting event to attend. The registration link for the event can be found below.
