Sony has just confirmed in there GDC talk that the motion controller is called move.  Sony are currently calling it a new gen in motion controller and they just thanked Nintendo as inspiration and called that the Wii was a great idea. Its apparently incredibly advanced and so sensitive that its very precise. WOW.

Playstation Move will ship with a game included for under a $100, 2 controller support.

First game in the list is a sports game called Sports Champions -

Gladiator Type game mode, looks really fun.

Table Tennis Game, 2 titles so far

New Title: Move Party, for chat and social networking… Maybe it’s Sony’s Xbox Live Parties ?

Now on stage is what seems to be the default Eye Toy game being demonstrated  with the move controller, painting walls and hair-cuts aplenty

Little Big Planet Move DLC now being demoed on stage.

LBP with move looks really awesome, adds a whole new level of game play.

Eyepet video now being shown, it was going to involve move at some point come on!… and Owl City Sony we are disappointed.
