Twitter user @CartridgeGames has found some new artwork for the latest Zelda title, which has been leaked on amazon.com’s page for the game. And it is the very definition of beautiful (in terms of art for a game). Here it is:
Isn’t it just awe-inspiring? Feel free to soak in all the little details and the new world of Zelda, but two points of interest stick out. For starters, Link is scaling a cliff, and seeing as this is a promo image, one doesn’t need the Triforce of Wisdom to see rock-climbing may become a new feature (maybe even a key component) as you explore Hyrule. Secondly, notice how Link is still sporting his blue garb. We can see that he has both a sword and shield equipped, together with some arrows, hinting towards this being someways into the game. The question is, will this be Link’s outfit this time round as opposed to his traditional and iconic green tunic?
We’re very likely to found out, and more at that, with Nintendo’s Treehouse Live @ E3 livestream THIS Tuesday! Yes, only two days remain until we finally get our first real look into the new Zelda title! The hype for E3 only continues to grow and grow, and the excitement of any Zelda fan may be at its highest.
