Yesterday, Nintendo prevented Super Smash Bros. Melee from being streamed at EVO 2013, the biggest fighting game tournament in the world. The Smash community was outraged and began flooding Nintendo’s social media channels with requests to retract their decision. This podcast, which was originally live-streamed on pro-Smasher CT_ZeRo’s Twitch channel, took place during the entire fiasco which we have dubbed “Meleegate” and includes our reactions to the initial decision and the subsequent retraction.
