Hello everyone! There’s been a lot of news about figures lately, so I wanted to go ahead and highlight some of the coolest stuff for all of you!

Mega Man X by Keisuke Mizuno

First up, this elaborate April fools joke is becoming a reality! As reported on the Rockman Corner, this epic 6″ Mega Man X figure designed by Keisuke Mizuno has a tentative March/April 2015 release date. Featuring diecast armor, an LED powered X-Buster, and over 20 points of articulation, this is one to keep an eye on!

Now that we finally have a confirmed November 21st release date for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, it’s time to start locking in your orders for the first series of amiibo! The first dozen will launch with the game, with other sets to follow in the coming months. The first dozen are up for pre-order now (some are already sold out!) and a few from the second series have appeared for pre-order as well.

All of which can be pre-ordered on Amazon by clicking here.

First4Figures Dr. Robotnik

This massive 22″ statue from First4Figures is actually the sixth piece in their Classic Sonic the Hedgehog series, and shows the maniacal robotics genius standing atop a floating platform from Wing Fortress Zone holding two Chaos Emeralds while laughing crazily. Set to release within the second quarter of 2015, the mad doctor will cost you $400.

This 16″ polystone resin statue from First4Figures features Kirby slashing through the air while wearing a familiar looking green and yellow pom-pom hat! Set to release within the first quarter of 2015, the regular edition (no lights) is $220, while the Exclusive Edition will run you $240.
