Although we're not as fond of Captain Rainbow's theme song as we are his other videos, we'll let it slide. Your still one weird super hero to us, Captain. After all who could who could hold a grudge against someone who has such a sweet belt? From Captain Rainbow's official site, which recently opened, we can gather that the Skip developed title will launch August 28 in Japan.

Microsoft announced today that it has partnered with several "influential horror directors" to bring comedic original short film pilots to Xbox Live, Xbox.com, MSN and Zune marketplace this fall. If you've spent all your Microsoft points on Oblivion's horse armor, don't worry because, "All of the pilots will be free either for download or streaming on Xbox LIVE."
