In today’s entry of Blast From the Past: A Guide to Local Retro Video Game Stores, we visit the metropolitan area of Seattle, WA. Serving as a major hub for video game development, the city boasts an impressive list of AAA and indie game studios (Nintendo, Valve and Bungie, just to name a few), and an even more renowned list of local retro game stores. The area is home to the headquarters of Pink Gorilla, a retro game establishment known for its large inventory of imported games and philanthropic efforts (the company helped raise money for the Japanese earthquake relief efforts in 2011).
